About Shipping

We ship the packages through FedEx and Mexpost and proceed tracking numbers to customers.

Due to workflow, shipments are done twice a month only.

Please allow 24 hours after getting the number to check. 

Packages are not sent immediately after your order. We gotta prepare it and then it gets shipped. 
There are special conditions (preorders, not in hands and customized products) where the item is not in hand so the waiting time will be longer. 

We go to the postal office every 2 weeks

if youbelieve/know your package has been returned please contact us. If that should be the case you can pay for shipping or get refunded for the product. Note we will not refund shipping costs nor we’ll cover the new shipping.

LOST/STOLEN ORDERS

Unfortunately we cannot longer be responsible for missing products/stolen or opened. We’re securing the packages as best as possible to avoid accidental loses but we cannot control each courier. If you choose Postal Service we ask you to understand that if your product or part of it is stolen (opened packages) we cannot refund nor send a replacement. However if the package seems unaltered please email us at SoyNutts.store@gmail.com 

We encourage you to contact YOUR LOCAL OFFICE and make a report. Aditionally we recommend you to track your package or use a postal box in order to avoid package-thieves

 

With FedEx/UPS/DHL we can present a report for a chance to get a compensation of your item (not counting shipping) for a max of $100USD.

However there are very special conditions for this. Once you’ve contacted the delivery office:

  1. You need to contact us as soon as possible if you already accepted the package. 
  2. Send at least 5 pictures OF THE PACKAGE showing how it was altered/opened. Please avoid pictures of the label or documentation since those aren’t of much help.
  3. The time limit for any report is 21 calendar days so please send this ASAP 

This doesn’t mean you’ll get the product, just a monetary compensation and only IF THE REPORT GOES TROUGH COMPLETELY. This will need you to cooperate closely with us and provide all info we’ll be asking in the shortest time possible.

 

CANCELLING ORDERS

First of all, please think it through. If you are unsure about buying then DONT BUY!! That being said, if you want to cancel your order try to make it on the same day, it’ll make it easier to give a refund. If you do it after long you may need to wait until we're approved of funds by PayPal

  • Since every order has a Shopify tax charge (and PayPal if you chose that way) then I will refund you everything but a small amount to cover that transaction tax. Keep it mind that these are international so the tax is a higher percentage than what you may be used to. (Just PayPal charges a 4.4% already!)
  • It’s always easier to refund when you pay with your card rather than PayPal so I advice to do that!

EXCESSIVE COST OF SHIPPING - FedEx (Refunds)

Sometimes there's an extra fee for certain areas that we cannot prevent

Example, Australia shipping is normally $45 with Fedex but there are some cities that are considered "Extended areas" where the cost would increase to $65-80

We consider that a bit high for shipping so what we'll do is that we will refund the extras and send via Postal Service.

These prices often fluctuate and we cannot be sure which city will be affected so we can't make it an automatic process at checkout but we will be happy to explain should you be worried about anything ;)

 

IMPORTANT!

Here at SoyNutts Store we reserve the right to refuse any sale if we detect a fraudulent attempt or any risks for our staff/business.

If we need to cancel an order be sure you'll get an explanation and your money will be fully refunded. Where it'll be reflected in your statement in a time period of 24 hours to a week depending on your card/paypal.

If your order is cancelled the item will be back at the store like normal and will be available for anyone to buy.

 

COMBINING ORDERS

If you have made different orders within the same day you can make a note on the purchase(s) DM me or use the chat function (email works too) to combine shippings.

ATTENTION: After some weight of the package the 'Combine Orders' may not be available anymore.

Example:

Your original order is FedEx service for $30. You order again for some heavy product like multiple books. If the added weight is more than a kg then the final shipping will be $40. But we’ll refund you the rest

 

 ‘Combine Orders’  Doesn’t work with different kinds of packagings (books + plushies)

This is not automatic, if I notice multiple orders but you didn't ask for them to be combined then I will respect that and ship multiple packages.

 

Combining orders with a preorder from months ago? 

You can leave a note mentioning your past order. For those done with lots of time difference between orders however a combine is not guaranteed (since maybe the previous order is already packed and awaiting tracking) but it’s a case per case thing. 
But the PINSEASON promo would not apply for sure

  • International is around a month and half due to the current situation.
  • If you choose this option you're accepting that delivery time will take 45-60 days minimum.

We kindly ask you to allow this time to pass before contacting about your package.

  • If your package gets returned to me, I'll contact you if you want a refund or you can pay for the reshipment! We’ll invoice you! Additionally you can make a new order if you wish to add something

 

TRACK IN ENGLISH

I understand this is in spanish, although Google Chrome and many other browsers offer a function to translate the page, there's an alternative!

Just a note, the thing with usps is that th updates start appearing once the package reaches the country, so don't be scared if you don't see any update there at first.

    Due to various reasons we have limited the shipping services. After a certain weight FedEx is the only courier available.

    ONCE SHIPPED the packages usually takes a max of a week to arrive (for USA/Canada). If you have any troubles with delivery please call their office to requests a PICK UP at their offices instead of a delivery.

    Also if you suspect your package was opened/ content stolen DO NOT accept the package.

    ESTAFETA/REDPACK/PAQUETEEXPRESS

    Nuestra opción principal es Estafeta, sin embargo algunas zonas tiene un costo extra por área, así que usamos RedPack/PaqueteExpress para esos casos.

    Ambas compañías son rápidas y seguras, pero para un servicio mas protegido ofrecemos el seguro opcional para tu paquete en caso de daño que se te pueda reponer alguna cantidad monetaria y se haga un reclamo efectivo ante la compañía. (Esto es tarea del comprador)

    Alternativamente, si pagas el seguro del envio puedes elegir en su lugar que tu paquete sea enviado a traves de FedEx en su lugar. (Deja una nota en tu orden)
